How to use Couples Questions

Each partner should log on to CouplesQuestions.com individually and type answers to the questions in each section on their own.

When you reach the end of each section, save the page by clicking on the “save” button. You must save each page even if you don't plan on printing it right away.

Print the page using the print option in your web browser. Each of you will receive a separate print-out for your answers.

When you're both done, sit down together and compare your answers in an open, non-judgmental way. Don't rush the discussion. You are both worth the investment of time.

If you prefer, you can print a blank copy of each section and write down your answers. We recommend that you still answer the questions separately. Then sit down together and compare the results.

You can skip any questions (or even entire sections) if you feel that they don't apply to you. If you change your mind, you have one year to log in and re-do any sections. After that, our system deletes your information to protect your privacy.

If you are having trouble with a section, move on to another section and come back to it later. It may be easier to discuss once you have some momentum.
